The choir leads the singing for the Fellowship@10 Sunday services and often sings a piece relevant to the theme of the service. Most times the piece is rehearsed only on the day of the service and so choir members can walk up to the rehearsal. Besides the regular choir members, other choristers are welcome to join for single services as/when they are able. At Easter and Christmas and sometimes other special occasions, additional rehearsals are arranged. Choir members are advised…

A choir practises at 9.15am prior to the service and often contributes to the worship. This service takes place at 10am each Sunday in The Chapel. Holy Communion is held monthly generally on the first Sunday of each month.

Maundy Thursday

Do you know the celebration of Maundy Thursday goes back at least to the fourth century, when pilgrims on their way to Jerusalem are known to have marked the Last Supper and other events of passion week with special services at holy sites?  As the idea of such passion week celebrations spread to other areas, various local rites and customs were incorporated into the Maundy Thursday celebration. Good Friday Service

On Good Friday we will hear the story of Jesus and listen for our own story in that story. As we tell the story from the Gospel of Mark, members of the congregation will read scripted reflections on the theme, expanding the role of various people of the story, and connecting it to ours.  It will be a reflective service as we observe the commemoration of the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ. From the early days of Christianity, Good Friday was observed…

No preacher can make a listener believe that the dead rise. But God can and does work through the Easter…
