Welcome back to the Connections Feast for Freedom or thank you if you are joining us for the first time in 2026. This event aims to make a difference by fundraising for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC).
We do this by hosting a Feast for Freedom to provide people seeking asylum with access to the essential services they need to rebuild their lives in Australia.
This is a meal that makes a difference, inspired by the special recipes gifted by refugees that are taken from their own cultural traditions. Money raised raised will go to the ASRC so they can provide essential food, housing and health services to refugees and people seeking asylum.
Where- Manningham Uniting Church and Community Centre, 109 Wood Street-Auditorium
When- Saturday 11 April 12.30pm (Please RSVP by 4 April)
Who- families, friends, anyone who wishes to enjoy a variety of cultural dishes and wants to help refugees. We are aiming for up to 50 places.
Please note this event is BYO optional which includes wine glasses if required.
Thank you.
