The Labyrinth goes back to Greek mythology and was apparently built to house a “beast” so it couldn’t get out!
However, it has frequently been used as a Spiritual practice and aid to meditation. This is the purpose of our Labyrinth during Easter week. Some have been grown as part of a garden, but many simpler ones, like ours, are used indoors. This one is several years old and was painted by a group from Westfield Dr.
The Labyrinth will be set up in the Auditorium all during Easter week – from 25th-31st March. Please make time to walk it and pause at the stations for reflection.
Please note the Laybrinth is sharing the Auditorium space with the Pilates class. It will be available at all times – except during Pilates classes which are held in the Auditorium on Thursdays 10.30 – 11.30am and 7.00 – 8.00pm.
