Prayer
Father God, we often feel very comfortable in our own space. Help us to step out of our space in faith and live with discomfort knowing you travel with us. Amen.
To Ponder
Abram stepped out of his comfort zone, left Haran with Lot his nephew, and Sarai his wife. As he travelled from place to place, he made an altar and proclaimed the name of the Lord in that place. The people grew in confidence acquired land and their numbers increased. However, God required one response from his people, their faithfulness. Perhaps at times we find it difficult to live out our faith in uncomfortable times as we journey.
