Father God, open our eyes and our minds to the tears of creation. Under the beauty of a rainbow, let us see the deep scars of soil erosion. Remind us of our responsibility to till and keep your precious garden. Amen
To Ponder
And what of us who live in a city with no garden to till? But then, do we need to look around, to reflect on where we live. What footprint do we leave as we move around on our daily journey. Are we willing to live Gods way, or do we prefer our own way? Do we really care about creation, the gift of nature, given our thirst for the latest consumer items.
