Early Morning Walking Group

Come and join us for a friendly walk in the park, alongside the river. Breathe in the fresh air, smell the bush, hear the songs of the birds and maybe even meet some of the local residents – kangaroos. rabbits, tawny frogmouth families, ducks, ibis, lorikeets, maybe even a sleepy wombat. Playgroup

MonDays Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays during school terms  “It has been invaluable to us and I’m sure many people would benefit from coming along”. Kate Playgroup is for Pre-school children from 0 – 5 yrs and their parents, grandparents and carers. It provides opportunities for carers to share and engage with their child(ren) through play. Ladies Thyme

MUC ladies and friends come together to enjoy a coffee/tea and a weekly catch-up. Special Birthdays are celebrated and the ladies support each other in times of need. Tuesday Mens’ Coffee Group – The Grumpies

This is a very informal group of retired men that meets at the Redgum cafe every Tuesday to enjoy the coffee and try to solve the world’s problems, so far without any success. The Grumpies draw from a group of about twenty-five and attendances range between eight and fifteen. The focus is purely social based on coffee and conversation. MUC Connections – Supporting refugees and people seeking asylum

MUC Connections is a group of people whose members encourage one another to connect with, support and advocate for refugees and people seeking asylum. Activities include speakers, petitions, organising food and toy drives; making up toiletry packs to give to newly arrived refugees, activities to raise awareness, and fundraising for organisations that support people seeking asylum. Café Church (Worship)

We worship together with a discussion on all aspects of daily living and current issues (not necessarily religious ones). Occasionally the topics are challenging which promotes lively and thoughtful conversation. Hospitality is about seeing Jesus in ordinary people.
